Sit n' Stay’s staff includes a number of fantastic office managers and area managers as well as 25+ pet sitters and dog walkers that have been carefully screened and selected. Sit n' Stay is different than most pet sitting services because when you hire Sit n' Stay, you are not hiring an individual, you are hiring a family. Our staff works in teams so that we can take time off without disrupting the pets in our care. We take our company seriously, we hire only the best people, and then we make sure they are fully trained in pet care as well as pet first aid.

Marketing Manager & Senior Pet Sitter
Lisa has a BS degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin. She enjoys working for Sit n' Stay because she is able to combine her business background with her love of animals. Lisa likes to travel, bike, garden and play piano. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially watching her children participate in all of their activities.
Mary G. - 5+ years
Mary married to Gary and has 2 sons, Christopher and Nathan. Although I no longer have any dogs of my own, I have watched other people’s dogs for many years. I wanted to be a sitter because I love dogs, wanted to make some extra money, and get some extra exercise. I like to work out, read, garden, play word games and spend time with my family and friends. I look forward to this new endeavor and to meeting new people and new pets!
ASHA G. - 1+ YEARS
Asha is a born and bred dog lover from birth! Growing up in Buffalo with a grand total of five golden retrievers, her love for dogs is second to none. Currently she has two rescue German Shepherd/Rottweiler litter-mates (Sophie and Bree) and couldn't be happier. With a BS in Communication from SUNY Fredonia, she supplements her free time with rugby and photography. She looks forward to her training in positive dog training with Sit N' Stay to continue enriching relationships between owners and their pets. She enjoys working in agility (and building agility obstacles) with her pets at home.
Remember, a tired pup is a good pup!
Angela B. - 5+ years
Angela has worked for Sit n’ Stay for over 5 years. She knows how hard it is to leave your pet in the care of someone else but rest assured, she will treat them like they are her own. She has a dog, four cats, and a bunny. She volunteers with Feral Cat Focus and Farm Sanctuary so she also experience with feral and farm animals. She also works for the West Seneca Central School District as a Community Education Teacher, caring for between 40 -50 children daily. She also volunteer for the Western New York Children’s Psychiatric Center and has her School Aged Child Care Degree from Cornell University. She looks forward to meeting you and your furry family!
Katrina M. - 5+ years
Katrina’s love of animals started at a young age. She grew up with a
variety of pets such as newts, fish, cats, rabbits, are just to name a
few. So she started “babysitting” her neighbors dogs to help save up
for a her first car. Today, she still has a love for animals and is
able to enjoy this by working for Sit n' Stay. She currently has three
dogs. Besides working for Sit N Stay, Katrina is also a travel
consultant. In her free time she likes to go horseback riding with her
sister, fishing, and taking walks in the woods with the dogs.
Julie S. - 5+ years
Julie lives in the south-towns with her one 13-year-old male kitty who loves to eat and whose full time job is to look cute. Her passions in life are cats, gardening, and art. She holds an MS in Art Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester. Though, she considers her actual education provided by her cats. Her favorite part of being part of Sit n’ Stay is meeting all of the beautiful animals. It can be hard not to want to take them all home! She particularly finds it gratifying befriending the animals who are a bit bashful. She also works for the Girl Scouts of Western New York where she primarily provides girl scout programming to inner-city youth.

Jeannie is a professional figure skating coach. She resides in Williamsville with her husband, 3 sons, 3 dogs, cat, lizard and fish. Jeannie has always been an animal lover and has organized numerous donations for various rescue groups. She is committed to providing the highest quality care for your pet.
David A. - 2+ YEARS
Pet Sitter & Dog Trainer
David worked for SNS back in 2013 and then moved to Portland. We are happy to report that he is back in WNY and back with SNS, working as a dog walker as well as training to become a dog trainer! David has loved animals even before he was allowed to have any of his own. He began volunteering at the SPCA in high school and has continued that passion for working with animals by working as a pet sitter for the past three years both independently and with Sit n' Stay. When he isn't working he's playing music and chilling out in nature with his dog Marley.
Angelica M.- 2+ year
Angelica is a student currently working for a dental hygiene diploma. She worked at a pet store in the past for a total of 4 years, and her job was to provide excellent customer service and ensuring health and care for all the animals that were bought and sold including the Erie County SPCA's cats, fish, birds, reptiles, and small animals. She is the go to person that her family chooses to care for their animals when they go out of town. Because of this, she has chosen a career with Sit 'n Stay to incorporate her love for animals while she goes about her studies.

Melissa S.- 2+ YEARS
Pet Sitter & Dog Trainer
Melissa is one of our Pet Sitters and Dog Trainers, and has a 9 year old little girl, whom she has passed on her love of animals. Melissa says, "We have 3 dogs, 3 cats and 2 birds that make our home very happy and full of laughs and love! Grammy lives with us, which means my little girl and animals are all spoiled!"
Melissa is a certified dog trainer through Animal Behavior College. She says,"I really enjoy being able to help owners not only train their dogs, but also bring to them an understanding of why they learn/behave the way they do. In addition, Pet sitting/dog walking allows me to meet so many people and their animals, which makes me look forward to work everyday! I know how important it is to be able to trust the safety and well being of a pet to someone, and being that person makes my job the best! It doesn't get any better than spending my days with so many great animals!

Leah is a Junior at Villa Maria College. She is studying Business Administration. Leah is on the basketball team and soccer team for Villa. Leah has 2 dogs; a Labrador Retriever and a Maltese. She also has a rabbit. She enjoys playing sports, traveling, playing with animals, and going on adventures.

Shannon is currently a 4-year college student seeking to get a B.A Degree in the Media Production field. She already has an A.A Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences and a specialized Animal Care degree from the Ormsby Educational Center which certifies her in veterinary assistant work. She has grown up with every pet you can think of and has always loved surrounding herself with animals of all sizes. She hopes to continue to make a positive impact on every pet owner she meets!

Weekend Office Manager & Pet Sitter
Ryanne has been working with Sit n Stay for approximately one year, assisting with both pet visits and customer service/office work. She has loved animals of all kinds since her early childhood years, and has always owned various pets. She has in-depth experience working with and caring for all types of animals including dogs, cats, lizards, frogs, newts, rabbits, horses, goats, and birds! She currently has three dogs of her own and also volunteers at the City Animal Shelter fostering cats and walking dogs

Danielle has a strong passion for animals. She goes to Niagara County Community College and is enrolled in the Animal Management program. She has interned at the Buffalo Zoo in the Education Department, the Rainforest, and is currently interning with the gorillas. She has 2 dogs named Emmy and Daizy and an aquatic turtle named Tobias.
